Assurance Realty was founded by Linda Spradlin in 1988.

Since inception the company has grown to include four Real Estate Brokers and sixteen Agents.

At Assurance, we are committed to providing Service to the public, either as prospective buyers or sellers. Our Agents subscribe to the Real Estate Code of Ethics. These standards are enforced and practiced by the Principal Broker and each agent holding a license with Assurance Realty. Education and training is available daily at Assurance Realty and all agents are encouraged to continue to educate themselves through our training programs in order to better serve the public.
